IVY LEAGUE USA

Founded by Dr. David Orosco Austin, Ivy League USA offers a comprehensive coeducational leadership program for elementary, middle and high school students interested in attending an Ivy League University or a University with an Ivy League attitude. The Ivy League is not a program or project but a spirit of learning that permeates throughout the school and the community. All students who enter the Ivy League must be able to meet high academic standards. The Ivy League also looks for students who possess the qualities to be vitally interested in making individual contributions. Selection is based on all around qualifications without regard to race, creed, or national origin.

Foundation Statement

Ivy League USA offers a comprehensive coeducational leadership program for students from middle school and high school, interested in attending an Ivy League University or a University with an Ivy League attitude such as Harvard, Yale, and Princeton. Ivy League USA also helps young women interested in attending an all female college such as Wellesley, Smith and Barnard.

The mission of Ivy League USA is to inspire and educate young people of special promise for responsible leadership participation in an increasingly complex world.

With high standards of personal character and scholarship, the Ivy League educates young people to value honest work, respect for difference, and responsibility for the well-being of their community.
 

Focus Statement

The recruitment focus of Ivy League USA centers on the identification of promising minority students or disadvantaged students of Hispanic-Latino Heritage, African-American Parentage and Native American Indian Ancestry.
 

Ivy League USA seeks promising students in grade 9-12 of Hispanic-Latino Heritage, African-American Parentage and Native American Indian Ancestry interested in attending and Ivy league University or a University with an Ivy League attitude.

PORTFOLIO DESIGN

Each student of promise who is a member of Ivy League USA will have an individual “Portfolio Design” or “Strategic Plan” for personal academic success.
