Founded by Dr David Orosco Austin, Ivy League USA, Inc. offers a comprehensive coeducational leadership program for students from grade eight through post-graduate, interested in attending an Ivy League University or a University with an Ivy League attitude.

The Ivy League is not a program or project but a spirit of learning that permeates throughout the school and the community.

All students who enter the Ivy League must be able to meet high academic standards The Ivy League also looks for students who possess the qualities to be vitally interested in making individual contributions. Selection is based on all around qualifications without regard to race, creed, or national origin.

The USA National Charro Championshions competition was held at the Felix Corona Ranch, Phoenix Arizona. This yearly event allowed scholars of promise from Sanger High School to prepare for the university and workplace by listening to well-known political leaders, university scholars and prominent residents with a “commitment to excellence” such as the Martha Elvia Rosas, Consul de Mexico de Fresno, and Mr. Raul Bucio, Owner of the Andaurora Ranch and International Breeder of National Champion Andalusian horses imported directly from Spain. Mr. Raul Bucio’s Andaurora Ranch is located in Merced, California just a short distance from the University of California @ Merced.
